Mangini should be showing the team the Buster Douglas/Mike Tyson fight before the Raiders game. I like the idea of different boxing matches to put the team in the right frame of mind, and what they must realize before next week is that anything can happen, so plan on the Raiders playing well and come out there with your best game.
Ali/Frazier 3 would be good for before the Pats game in the playoffs, however you'd have to figure out how to make the Jets Ali or it'd be more demoralizing than uplifting.
