Coleman would be nice. The Jets are going to have some live bodies in camp. Pouha will be back and should be able to play end as well as tackle. CJ Mosely came along towards the end of last season. I imagine we're going to spend an early draft pick to upgrade. I think we're going to improve dramatically if we can get one more plus player on the defensive line. -X-
Full Name: Kenyon Octavia Coleman Born: April 10, 1979 Fontana, CA Height: 6-5 Weight: 295 lbs. Pronounced: KEN-Yawn Age: 27 Pos: DE Experience: 5 years College: UCLA Drafted: Year:2002 Round:5 Pick:12, Raiders Expert's Take
I would also love this signing but hesitate calling him a major player. He is a serviceable 3-4 DE, who will be good in a rotation (probably with KVO). I doubt he will be an every down player. If the trade happens, I'm sure Mr. T got some good feedback from Parcells on his upside. Afterall, I believe he will only be 27 going into next year, so he may yet develop into an every down player, but so far in his career he has been nowhere near that. For the right price, a good, serviceable player, that upgrades a position of need....
look what happened to Bryan thomas in this system. Coleman looks a lot like him to me with his body size and carrerr so far.
The only thing worse than someone laughing at his own jokes is someone laughing at his own bad jokes..
Nah, I can't see Coleman playing OLB in the 3-4. He is about an inch bigger and 30 pounds heavier than Thomas, and doesn't have his speed. He will be in the DE rotation only IMO.....
 1) i guess you couldnt figure it out but i wasnt laughing at my "joke", i was laughing at the fact that we pick up trash only. (as you could tell, if you'd read my comment. duh) 2) its not a joke, its a fact. homer.
Just because BallHawk couldn't get who he wanted he bitches and moans... All you do is trash the guys you DONT want...Your just an arrogant person who thinks everything about yourself. If somebody disagrees with you, they're automatically wrong because the almighty ballhawk is always right...
The Jets could trade for Carson Palmer and ballhawk will do the... All day and talk down to whoever he is talking to..."YOU'RE WRONG, I'M RIGHT!."
Well, the entire league thought that Kerry Rhodes was trash enough to forego drafting him until the Jets picked him up in the fourth round. Yet, by the look of your avatar, you think he's a pretty good player. So, not sure I get your point really. Would you prefer to draft #1 every year and be guaranteed "treasure", which even then is no guarantee of anything.
