I dunno, Guard is his spot and he plays it well so leave him there and bring in someone who is a Center. If he did go to Center I would't mind taking Max Jeaan Gilles with the round 2 pick o replace Kendall at Guard. Another thing on the Rumor Mill says the Jets have spoken to the Texans about trading up to the first pick and that it would be used on Leinart. If this happened I would lose faith in the Front Office. If Reggie Bush does not go first overall that team is run by retards. Anyways, the rumor was posted feb. 27 so a rumor is probably all it was....
I think that Goodwin could be a starter. He has played well when ever he has had to fill in and he can play both center and guard.
agree with you...agree with tuds...this is nuts. You have one of the deepest draft for O-lineman anyone can remember for a long time. This is when you build the line for the next 4 to 5 years. Keep Kendall at guard, Jones at tackle, Goodwin at guard, and draft a center and RT. ITs not hard.
I don't know what games you guys were watching but Goodwin STINKS! He was the single biggest culprit in our atrocious oline play.
