Some pointless but still.
According to those articles Abe counts on the cap. So say we are right at the cap. If we trade Abe we are 8.5 million under, then if we compromise with Pennington and save 5 million we are 13.5 million under, then if a new cba is reached the salary cap will go up atleast 10 million so we'll be 23.5 million under, then if Mawae walks we save about 1.5 million so we're 25 miilion under, then if we cut Kendall we save another 4 million putting us 29 million under the cap. So since we are probably a little under the cap and some other lesser players will be cut, We are seriously looking at going form 26 million over the cap to being over 30 million under the cap...
Thats great. I hope we get under the cap if we sign some good free agents and draft goo who knows what we could do next year. We might not be as much of a disaster as we thought.
