Wow! This comes as huge suprise to me, already? Only after 3 games? I'm going to keep my eyes on this game next week.
Talk about a short leash. I feel sad for Kurt, he just cant keep a job anymore and he keeps getting replaced by rookies. I would think a former MVP would get more respect than that.
http://sports.yahoo.com/nfl/players/4541 Through 3 games he had 7 fumbles. and he lost 2. that is a lot.
You get lucky as hell, the team fumbles the ball. Then you fumble it and give it right back ? Are you kidding me ? I would bench him. Hands down.
Warner looks like he took a shot to the head before the fumble that killed them. The guy is pretty beaten up between concussions and his thumb. He may just not have it anymore?
I picked up Edgerrin James this week because I assume we're going to see lots of running and lots of screens in Leinart's first game. -X-
Take out the question mark, and I think you have it. He hasn't really been anything special for a long time. From 1999-2001 in 43 games he had 98 TD passes, 53 INTs and 10 lost fumbles, and averaged 9.1 yards per attempt. Since then, in 32 games he has had 26 TD passes, 29 INTs and 16 lost fumbles, and has averaged 7.1 yards per attempt. It is definitely time for the Matt Leinart era to begin in Arizona.
So the Hype stops this weekend. Im going to love to see what he brings to the table, was he worth us picking him at 4? (I know Chad is doing an awesome job and I love the guy, but im thinking as if I have the mindset during the draft)
woops...nope...hold on...whoa there....espn comes back with this http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/news/story?id=2602503 Cards change mind, to stick with Warner as QB
