Assuming we trade Abe to Seattle for the 31st pick.
#4: D'Brickashaw After we got Ramsey we have to take D'Brick if hes available
    #31: Manny Lawson
    #35: Antonio Cromartie
    3rd:Eslinger
    3rd(comp):Demetrius Williams
    4th:Jason Spitz
    4th(K.C.):Montavious Stanley

If D'Brick is taken by NO at #2 we should trade down to #9 and also get the #40 pick

    #9:Vernon Davis
    #31:Eric Winston
    #35:Lawson(if available) or Thomas Howard
    #40:Cromartie(if there) or Jon joseph
    3rd:Eslinger
    3rd(Comp):Demetrius Williams
    4th:Jason Spitz
    4th:Montavious Stanley

Don't sleep on Vernon. I think he could easily go to any of the teams 5-8. If we want him, we can't afford to trade back.

#5 - I can't see GB taking Vernon when defensive help is needed so badly and stud D prospects are available. They also have a decent TE with some potential(think his name is Martin?) to go along with Bubba.

#6 - The Raiders are a possibility. I see them leaning more towards a QB at this pick.

#7 - San Fran already has a pretty good TE in Eric Johnson. They are also in desperate need on the defensive side of the ball.

#8 - The Bills seem like a lock to pick up Ngata.

Overall I'd say the chances of Vernon being picked before #9 are pretty slim.
