Immediatly after the final whistle: Hell yeah! 5 seconds later: Dear God, RobA is gonna be out of control.
My Directv receiver kept shutting off and reseting itself throughout the entire game. It also did it during the last NE drive, so I couldn't see the Brady fumble. Therefore, I had to wait a couple minutes to see what had happened.
One thing is for sure... the playoff talk will be back on the boards. I still am not willing to buy into it either. I will believe it when I see it. Lot can happen in 6 games.
Pretty sure it is seven, but who cares. Great day for the Jets. We actually have a believeable fighting chance at beating the Bears next week. If we bring our A game, like today, I like the chances with us at home.
darkidier or not. at this point in the season, obviously its fair to talk about the playoffs......they might not make it, but noone can say its silly to talk about...we have a better record than the bengals now....hahah NFL is astrange universe
The only teams in the AFC who will clearly beat the Jets out for the playoffs at this point: Baltimore Indianapolis Denver San Diego It is a fact that if the season ended today the Jets would not make the playoffs. San Diego would take one wild card and Jacksonville (head to head is the first tiebreaker) would take the second.
Actually its not that simple. There is a 3way tie for that last spot with KC as well. Therefore the head to head matchup would not come into play. It happen a few years ago with the Saints and Rams where the Saints beat the Rams during the season, but because of a 3 way tie, they got into the playoffs. I'm not saying we would get in, but its more complicated than that.
