It's early in the preseason, but here's my initial projection of where the AFC will go. It should change week to week. New England- 12-4 Miami-10-6 Buffalo- New York Jets- 7-9 Buffalo- 3-13 Anyone else? -X-
New York Jets - 12-4 (Detriot Tigers of NFL) Miami - 9-7 New England - 6-10 (Brady has been too good long enough, I predict a injury in the first few weeks) Buffalo - 3-13 lol LETS JUST HOPE!!
http://forums.theganggreen.com/showthread.php?t=8922 Dolphins: 11-5 Patriots: 10-6 Jets: 6-10 Bills: 5-11
I think this team will win more than 4 games. For God's sake, we play Buffalo twice, we usually play Miami hard no matter what, and then you've got your Green Bay, Cleveland, Oakland, Houston and Tennessee. I figured New England would be worse, but I don't pick against Belichick and their schedule suits them. I did a game by game analysis. This is just based on what I know now. -X-
New England 9-7 Miami 8-8 Buffalo 7-9 Jets 4-12 Yeah NE is no longer what they once were, Miami will have a slow start as Culpepper is not only not all the way back from injury, he's not even that good. Buffalo has got nothing offensively anymore (Short of Magahee) Lee Evans is the top WR and they still are having a QB battle between Kelly Holcomb and J.P. Losman.... The Jets, well as of now we have no C-Mart, a three rb rotation, we will keep 4 Qb's because we don't believe Penny is going to stay healthy and oour OL is young and never worked together, the Defense is falling to pieces, while trying to learn ANOTHER new scheme, while a good portion of it's personnel are way out of whack and playing out of position.... Oh yeah forget the fact that we have a Rookie HC and nearly entire coaching staff has less then 3 yrs coaching experience....
See, this is why I like New York fans so much more than New England fans. You guys actually tend to the pessimistic side, rahter than constantly blowing smoke up each others butts the way Pats fans do. For the record, Pats-10-6 Phins 10-6 Jets, 7-9 Bills 4-12
Jets 9-7 @TENNESSEE W NEW ENGLAND L @ BUFFALO W INDIANAPOLIS L @ JACKSONVILLE L MIAMI W DETROIT W @ CLEVELAND W @ NEW ENGLAND L CHICAGO L HOUSTON W @ GREEN BAY W BUFFALO W @ MINNESOTA L @ MIAMI ESPN L OAKLAND W
As of now, our schedule isn't really too bad... A healthy team that adapts somewhat well could push for .500.
