Hey guys, my sister is going to Pitt this year and I realized it would be cool to get a Revis Pitt Jersey, so when he finally signed last night I figured it would be a good time to start looking around to see if I could find one. After looking around for a while I found that on the official Pitt athletics site you can get a number 25 jersey (Revis was 25 in college) with no name on it. I figured my best bet would be to just buy this and go get the name put on at an embroidery shop for cheap. I figured I would share it with you guys because right now that jersey is on sale for 29 bucks which is ridiculously cheap. Looks like a good jersey the only thing with it is that its an alternate jersey, not one of their official ones. Personally, for 29 bucks plus whatever it will cost to get his name on the back I figured it was a steal and couldn't turn it down. Other problem is that they only have it in a small and x-large, but again for 29 bucks it seemed worth it. Problem is he never wore that jersey. Revis was there when Pitt had numerals with a shadow effect. They jerseys had "Pittsburgh" across the front as opposed to "Pitt".
Ya the jersey he wore is different but it still seems like a cool thing to have. It's still a Pitt jersey so not to many people that see it will have any clue anyways.
