1st & ten at the 50, w/momentum 5:48 to go, we have the ability to drive the ball ON THE GROUND. We could have driven the ball and ate up the clock

Why are we throwing bullshit, easily defended passes?

    FIRE SCHOTTY NOW

I do not think anyone thinks Sanchez is elite so why do you throw the ball almost 60 times???

Let's stop with trying to fire offensive coordinator. It's the players..Sanchez..everything he threw looked Pennington-like. The Offensive line couldn't pass protect. Coordinator calls the plays...players execute. The Jets did not execute..plain and simple.

Ya obviously he is the only reason why Sanchez is not a elite Qb yet. I mean a good Oc would stop Sanchez from fumbling the ball and throwing stupid interceptions and being a retard.

In this particular game it's not all on Schotty. OL didn't protect, Mark committed one stupid mistake after the other and our WR&TE are clearly not on the same page with our QB.

Atleast Pennington was accurate. Pennington is miles better then Sanchez and would fit in very well in the offense today. Also who would you rather have as your receivers Cotchery and coles or Plaxico and Holmes?

Brian has failed with Pennington, Farve, and Sanchez now when is he going to shoulder the blame?

    I repeat 1st & ten on the 50
5 and 1/2 left in the game
    momentum, with Jets
    GIANTS looking to quit

    Giants dreading Greene's pounding
Giants only hope was for Jets to throw easily defended pass patterns

Forget everything else that happened up to that point

THE GAME WAS THERE FOR US

    SCHOTTY MUST GO

Favre was 39 yeards old and not healthy, small sample size. Pennington was a avg qb and played average and Sanchez just is shit. Also Sanchez has had good receivers past 2 years, Favre and Pennington were given shit.

To be fair i hate schotty but the whole team sucked . Wasted chances dropped passes penalties . As a whole they sucked . Balls off face masks players not even turning to the ball . It was a horrible performance across the board

So until we get Tom Brady or Aaron Rodgers, our offense is allowed to look inept every year? Rex Grossman carved up the Giants....Why can't we?

If the jets want to win the SB, this type of attitude cannot be accepted

The game was there for the Jets
3 straight passes on 1st & ten from the 50 with plenty of time left

    THat was the game

    FIRE SCHOTTY

To be fair Favre had career years before and after he came to us. Pennington had a career year after he left. At some point we need to get rid of Schotty. Even if Sanchez only peaks as an average qb, what has Schotty done to make you think he can succeed without an elite qb? Our OC is a problem if we need an elite qb to succeed. Our qb is also a problem if we need to run a handful of plays only. Both need to go, but I would rather let Schotty go and ride Sanchez until his contract runs out.

To be honest..I don't know how to answer your question. I really don't think we've seen how good Santonio and Burress are because they don't have a QB who can get them the ball. I would say Cotch and Coles were better with Chad than Sanchez has been with the receivers he has.

For six years, Schotty Jr. has been the Jets OC, and at the best of times they've been average. Its time for a change.

And if we accept the notion that Sanchez is awful (I don't really agree, but that's a separate debate), would not that make it doubly important to rely on the run game, rather than coming out passing?

At the end of the day, why are you passing the ball 64 times and running only 25 times?

I know the Giants get carved up in the pass, but their run defense sucks as well.

59 pass attempts while our running game averaged 3.96 ypc.

59 pass attempts with Mark Sanchez as our QB.
