    Dearth is a tight end with LS ability, like Dreesen was.

    And he's a TE, so it fits perfectly (yes, he wears 85). On special teams, the #s of the people playing the line are not as tightly tied.

    Didn't Jones work out at both Guard and Tackle during the preseason?

    Getting this thread back on track....

    This is directed at Jetsin2004 and everyone else here who missed the point. Is no one else worried with the injuries we had last year on the line that although the FO went out and drafted two (apparent) premier prospects that it has done nothing to improve depth? I am assuming Teague isn't able to play until I see him on the field. If we lose one guy, Jones will step in apparently anywhere, but what about substitutions, do we want our guys playing the whole game? What if we lose 2 guys? I for one am a little scared of a repeat of last year.
