    I wanted him big time the year we got DK. Thank god Tanny didnt listen to me...

    He is another guy, similar to Maybin that is low risk/high reward if you can get something from him.

    That said he has no place here in Jet land. we only have one open WR spot and thats the #5. Sweed was never a ST guy, so he can't stick here in that capacity. He is a receiver only, which is fine if you are starting caliber, but if not, you have to be a willing ST guy to make it, and he just isn't.

    Yeah, I fell under the spell of over rated local players, I thought he'd be a pretty good for Pittsburgh - wrong! But look on the bright side. This is documented proof that the Steelers actually miss with early draft picks!

    I was a big fan of his in that draft year as well. Boy was I wrong.
