Mr. Woody Johnson, I owe you a apology. I was 100% sure, and willing to tell anyone who would listen that you were a cheep bastard. After watching you spend over 40 mill in gaurenteed money over the last 12 hours I realize I couldn't have been more wrong. I'm sorry GO JETS!!!
Good of you to man up to it! But don't worry true darksiders, this is the point of the off season where you stop bitching about Cheap woody and start whining about comming into Cap Hell! You may now commence your daily misplaced bitterness.
Where's champs? Now it will be Woody was willing to spend the money but he did it on the wrong players or something like that.
The Jets lose JV and get KJ mayB AF but with KC @ QB it will be 2010 before VLT can come to NY/NJ There, ya still miss him?
We still have a retard for a coach. Hopefully – going to superbowl and then completely failing Bill Callahan can smack him into line this year.
All this thread needs now is Champ to come on here and remind us that these were two over the hill below average players that no one else wanted anymore and that we are now 0-39 in bringing home the SB to NY. :breakdance:
Yep – my posts were completely inappropriate on a day where we snag two of the biggest names in FA and address a few glaring holes in the team. They were made however after a happy hour that started at lunch time and consisted of about 12 pints and four or six shots of Jack. I actually didn’t think I made it past 9PM but apparently I was still going strong until sometime after 10:30. Some of you tools are so damn fun to piss off though. Holy hell did my head hurt this morning.
Well facts are facts & we surely are 0-39 in winning a SB are we not? Now for Fancea I think he will do well for us. Jenkins I am more doubtful on but give the FO kudos for at least trying to stem the blood we leaked last year up the middle. As for Woody kudos to him as well for realizing that to get good means spending money rather then putting it in your personal piggybank. Also Woody had to have some excuse to justify the forthcoming PSLs
