ew, he's no better than a rotation player... not to mention 32 years old

I think we'll move back in to the 2nd to take Jarron Gilbert.

If not, Marques Douglas isn't that much of a downgrade from Kenyon Coleman.

Douglas is great against the run, it's just his age and pass rushing skills that worry me.

I'd like Alex Magee in round 3, if possible.

Coleman was a JAG. We can't be worried about losing talent at that spot.

Douglas can do the same or a better job. or get Dorrell scott.

IMO, great trade!!! Marques Douglas replaces Coleman, Leonhard replaces Elam.

We virtually gave up a 2nd rounder to move up 12 spots. Got rid of an average at best DE and a DB who fits well in Mangini's scheme, but who was already replaced by this new staff, when they brought on Leonhard.

Ratliff wasn't even drafted and played well in 2 pre-season games... so... he's just an unknown.

There are some decent 3-4 ends still available in free agency -- Vonnie Holliday, Anthony Weaver, Kevin Carter, etc. And Tannenbaum has said that the Jets could very well sign another veteran FA, so it wouldn't surprsie me if we sign one of these guys. Wouldn't be a big downgrade from Coleman IMO. I like Holliday.
