Why does our defense look awful

    I know it's only week 1 of preseason but I sure am alarmed.

    Some of you are more astute than I but to me it looks like our dline is

    Cro and Pryor in particular looked lost.

    It's preseason...

    I'm pretty sure Bowles is playing base and vanilla type defense on purpose. I wouldn't expect to see the type of defense Bowles is really capable of until the regular season to be honest.

    Poor tackling. Also, Bowles isn't calling the plays. This is Kacy Rodgers first time ever calling them.

    Oh yeah, and preseason.

    Leonard David Robertson (born October 10, 1950) is a British rower who competed in the 1972 Summer Olympics, in the 1976 Summer Olympics, and in the 1980 Summer Olympics.
    In 1972 he was a crew member of the British boat which finished seventh in the coxless fours event.
    Four years later he won the silver medal with the British boat in the eights competition.
    At the 1980 Games he was part of the British boat which finished seventh in the coxed fours contest.

    Well Coples, Harris, Davis, and Pace are the slowest LB crew in the NFL.
