Code: Monday, June 21 Tickets Chase Field | 10:10 PM ET NYY A.J. Burnett, RHP (6-5, 4.33) Yankees (43-26) @ ARI Rodrigo Lopez, RHP (2-6, 4.70) D-backs (27-43) Yankees: Burnett suffered his third consecutive loss in an ugly outing against the Phillies on Wednesday. He didn't survive the fourth inning for the first time this season, surrendering six runs on six hits with four walks. That included back-to-back home runs served up to Ryan Howard and Jayson Werth. Burnett has an even 9.00 ERA over those three losing starts. He is 3-2 with a 3.67 ERA in five career starts against the D-backs. D-backs: Lopez would like to have two pitches back from his last start against the Red Sox. On both occasions he shook off catcher Chris Snyder's sign and each resulted in a ball leaving Fenway Park. The Red Sox managed four runs on those two hits alone as they went on to a 6-2 win. Lopez allowed all six of the runs on 10 hits while lasting seven innings. In his start prior to that, he allowed five runs over seven innings against the Cardinals. Three of the runs came in his final inning of work when he allowed a homer to Brendan Ryan. Tuesday, June 22 Tickets Chase Field | 9:40 PM ET NYY Andy Pettitte, LHP (8-2, 2.47) Yankees (43-26) @ ARI Dan Haren, RHP (7-5, 4.71) D-backs (27-43) Yankees: Pettitte lost for just the second time this season on Thursday against Philadelphia, allowing three runs (two earned) on six hits in seven innings. It was the 11th time this year the lefty surrendered two earned runs or fewer -- tops in the AL. Pettitte's big mistake was a 2-2 cutter that Shane Victorino snuck inside the foul pole for a two-run fifth-inning homer. He is 2-5 with a 4.24 ERA against the D-backs in his career. The last time he started in Chase Field in a Yankees' uniform, he gave up six runs in two innings in losing Game 6 of the 2001 World Series. Wednesday, June 23 Tickets Chase Field | 9:40 PM ET NYY Javier Vazquez, RHP (6-6, 5.01) Yankees (43-26) @ ARI Dontrelle Willis, LHP (2-2, 4.78) D-backs (27-43) Yankees: Vazquez was a tough-luck loser on Friday against the Mets, the victim of the Yankees' being shut out at home for the first time in exactly one year. The right-hander yielded only one run on three hits in seven innings, striking out four while falling -- however undeservedly -- to 6-6 on the season. He will return to Arizona, where he went 11-15 in 2005 for the D-backs. He is 5-3 against his former team with a 3.74 ERA in 14 starts, and he is 6-8 with a 4.06 ERA in 21 career starts at Chase Field.
