great post OP. I just spent the last couple of hours reading that word by word. it supports up a lot of what i been saying about mark. it's hard to be accurate and consistent with inconsistent OL line play and no running game. mark is capable of lighting it up and most qbs don't have a ceiling as high as Mark
i got to play 5, he gushed over the pass from sanchez to cumberland for the td.. that was actually a very amazing play by cumberland on a poorly thrown ball by sanchez. cumberland had to turn himself basically around while running full speed to catch a ball that was thrown behind him instead of in front. these are the types of plays that make the difference. im kind of surprised this guy didnt pick up on it as his review is pretty in depth.. although he is stating that kerley ran the route too short, how would he know? if the route is for a particular yardage then he runs it there. you cant change the routes based on down and distance or there would never be any timing.
That's a throw and catch almost every QB and TE make in the league every few games. You have the S/CB with their back to the ball so you throw it over them and drop it to the TE. Almost every QB throws it like that because there isn't enough room to go over the top of both them and still keep it in bounds. I don't have a problem with that being a plus. There were a couple undecideds I thought should have been negative.
