In no way do I, personally, hate the Giants more than the Pats, BUT I still can't stand the Giants, in a large part due to their "fans." Jacobs and all the shit talking him and some of his teammates have done to and about the Jets is sickening. Fuck them. BUT again, I really HATE the Patriots and Brady and the Cheater, Bellichick with a burning passion.

    It's a lose/lose.

Since I do not have a wager riding on the game, why should I care who wins or loses? As with most Super Bowls, I'm sure the outcome is decided well before the kickoff when the bookies stop taking bets.

If there's one thing I hate in this world more than spiders, the Patriots, Lebron James and Al Qaida, it's a hypocrite.

The Giants players and their fans are the epitome of hypocrites. Whether it be with the way they call out the Jets for trash talking, yet do it themselves, or the way they made it to the superbowl off divine intervention, and say the Jets got lucky the past two years, they have been pissing me off more than any organization has these past couple of weeks.

I hope they get absolutely destroyed tonight. Plus im rooting for Gronk to have a legendary game(bad ankle + great game = legend), as even though he's a Patriot, I think he's one of the coolest players in the league.

Okay, I can see both sides of the coin, but I'm still a Jets fan, which ABSOLUTELY PROHIBITS ME from EVER rooting for the Patriots under any circumstances, any time, any where.

But maybe here might be a good outcome to this game... it's the best outcome I can hope for: The Patriots dominate (as we know they probably will) and show they are, of course, the "better" team and that their opponent is shit and really doesn't belong here.

But key fumbles and extremely lucky breaks (like Cruz pulling a David Tyree-type catch late in the game) as well as several late, horrible officiating calls against the Pats cause the Giants to eek out a win. When the game is over, everybody is watching the replays and everyone in New England and throughout the NFL is pounding the table saying the Pats "should have and would have won" were it not for the obvious bad calls we're now seeing on TV every two minutes and those damned, untalented Giants were just plain lucky and were obviously never a match for the Pats and shouldn't have even been there..

But the bottom line is, the Pats have lost and the Giants are labelled "lucky" (as with the Tyree catch) one more time, so now they don't get to enjoy the victory because the game has been tainted with the bad calls and extremely lucky breaks. The media goes crazy, claiming the "lesser team" won the game and this would never have happened had the Giants not been lucky one more time.

In other words, the Giants win, but the win is tainted. And fucking Belichick and Brady get to go home talking to themselves, their heads fucking exploding because they can't believe the outcome.

I can live with that scenario.

want the Giants to lose. Let NE celebrate up north, it doesn't have to be in my face like it would be if the Giants win.

I hope the Pats and the Giants all down an ice cold glass of bleach prior to kickoff.

This thread continues to baffle me. People are really that worried about taking a little bit of razzing from some Giants fans? They're not even in the same conference for crying out loud! I would have figured there might be a few oddballs who actually would rather see the Pats win this game than the Giants, but it seems like it's virtually split down the middle. I guess my absolute hatred for the Pats is not as universal among Jets fans as I thought. Kind of disappointing...

I share your disbelief and disappointment. Have we lost the hardcore fans here lately and perhaps the respondants to this thread are "casual" Jets fans?

No long time Jets fan ever wants to see a Patriots win. The hatred right now for the Pats should rival the most intense days of Dolphins hatred, when Dan Marino and Clayton and Duper used to carve us up like turkeys. Yet I see none of it.

A bunch of whimps who don't want to run into a jackass in the mall wearing blue and red. Or because Brandon Jacobs called Rex out for being such a fucking idiotic loudmouth. He was begging for it. Suck it up. Man up and let the Giants crow a little. The next time we play them in regular season and beat them, all the crowing has to stop ASAP. Done.

Not so with the Brady Bunch. Those fucking Boston maniacs are non-stop and we've got to face them twice a year and in our own house. They've got to go down hard tonight, I'm sorry.

So we're not true Jets fans if some of us want to root for the Giants to lose?

GTFO with that shit!! We root for whomever the fuck we want to root for. That doesn't make us any less Jets fans than if we rooted for who YOU want to root for.

Honestly, why do we even need to root for a team? Either way its a lose lose... I could care less who wins.

Because im sick and tired of every time i turn on a tv, radio, or look at a newspaper hearing some cmen douchebag shithead talking shit.

So im eagerly awaiting Brady having the game of a career and lighting up that entire fanbase, so I can talk and shove so much shit so far down the throat of every cocksucking cmen fan out there non stop this entire offseason.

Exactly, this game is a disaster for us before it even started. A lot of people seem to be confused on what to do, as if they have to root for a specific team.

    Well..

There is a third option, just don't give a fuck like me. I'm not rooting for either of them, I hate both teams equally.

It's making my life easier, I've already accepted it's a lose-lose situation before the game even started.

I too, could care less who wins.

Giants need to win, screw the Patriots...But a gut wrenching loss to one of these teams that cripples them would be ideal
