It couldn't have gone better for N.O. if Vince McMahon had scripted it.

Sounds like another guy who lost a bet.

The Saints are not a bad team. They got a lot better by getting a new head coach, quarterback, and their real home and headquarters back.

If the NFL rigged games they would have rigged the Giants at Saints at Giants game.

Alas, the NFL doesn't rig games.

    except the Super Bowl!

The Saints are for real. A few players and a coaching change made a big difference.

Not to mention some small time RB called Bush. Any team playing the saints is going to have to pay big attention to him.

He's already played one game this year, he has to pace himself. He has his career to think about.

Big difference being Atlanta actually has good Linebackers who should be able to stop the run while New Orleans has no linebackers.

PS way to quote my facetious comment twice.

As somebody with family in Louisiana I love the Saints and I'm thrilled that the great city of New Orleans gets it's football team back (and a winning football team at that.)

On the other hand I'm disgusted at how they spent millions of dollars on a football stadium and big pregame spectacle while there is still garbage on the streets from the hurricane in most parts of New Orleans, and many of the permanent residents who have moved back in don't even have power restored to their houses.

It makes the Saints playing in the Superdome instead of Baton Rouge seem trivial at best and sickening at worst.
