He hasnt been good by any stretch. But he is only 5 games into his career...

    At least wait 11 weeks.

I think you are splitting hairs between Pryor and Ha Ha in terms of talent. That said, Ha Ha would probably have been the better fit for the current team because he is more the natural FS. Not to mention the rapport he would likely already have with Milliner.

Clinton-Dix has had 2 game changing plays in the first 4 weeks.

Pryor hasn't shown he can cover or tackle. And, through no fault of his own, he also looks about as big as Jim Leonhard out there.

I would bet a dollar to a donut that he was Rex's pick. He's a Laron Landry type of player a player Rex loved. Contrary to public opinion Idzik does work with Rex and the coaching staff and listens to them although I don't believe Rex's "It as Jets decision"speak. He's going to be a good player.

This post is the microcosm of this site everything is taken to the extreme. I always end up seemingly defending players I don't even like. I don't even like the Pryor pick and have already expressed I would have preferred Ha Ha if we were going safety. However, to say he's shown he can not cover or tackle is so ridiculous.

Yup its Rex's fault that Pryor isn't playing up to the level he did in college. Rex's fault he whiffs tackles that he used to destroy people faithfully on. Yup. -___-

    He whiffed in college too.

  12. You can't blame Pryor for being what he is...an in the box safety.

Does he have some range?Yes. But he needs to be given freedom to roam to the football & make plays.
He's a ball hawk w/ plus tackling ability & instincts. Those are his strengths

The deficiencies at corner are forcing the Jets to play alot of 2 deep & quarters coverage. While Pryor can DO that..it isn't his strength

If the Jets were planning to switch away from the exotic man coverage stuff...and looking to go w/ a more conservative rigid zone look Clinton-Dix should've been the pick.

Colon is a piece of shit at G. Why is he still starting? Always good for 2 or more penalties.
