Why would any serious Head Coach (Belichik, Harbaugh, Carrol) even consider coming to an organization this poorly run?

Douglas probably figures, correctly I would think, that him firing Saleh after all of this would probably lead to his own firing as well. He's failed at everything else, him firing Saleh would be an admission that he has completely failed, and it would be so obvious that I think even Woody would be able to figure that out.
