You mean like Joe Klecko? What a disgrace that is [], but I see your point. Still, I'm all for retiring his #, you bet.

We should ask Dan Marino about that. Hehe, although I do agree for the most part. While we're at it, let's not forget that Peyton Manning was anointed a HOFer before he ever took his first snap in the NFL. Couldn't stop laughing when he didn't win the Heisman - even though Jets fans know that isn't a litmus test by any stretch of the imagination.

I know. Some folks swear you need a SB ring. I don't think that is necessary, although it always helps. Personally, I think a big reason I would like to see him in there is how he carries himself and what he has done on and off the field. Some people only believe the accomplishments on the field count, but I think for some they do tremendous good scoring off the field.

EDIT: And Dan Marino can kiss my asterisk.

Over here alot of people on UK Tv are mentioning one based in London

Personally I think its ridiculous and would taint the league but money talks

Come on now, how on earth would an NFL team be able to be based out of London? the time lag would kill the teams going there and for the London team on away games. plus the London team would have 8 away games in the US some would be back to back so why fly all the way back to london to come back 2 days later? the players would never stand for it....

LA as an expansion team is always being mentioned..the fact they still don't have one is amazing. The problem with that is that the NFL is totally balanced now. Another team would create a mess which is why somebody probably has to move a team to LA instead.

that would be horrible. that means whatever division they fall into would have to travel there once a year. furthermore its the national football league not the international football league. I'm call for a euro league but a big NO to that one

Woody should sell Curtis part of the Jets and let him be the face of the franchise and bring us back to respectability. Woody can handle the business end and give Curtis the football operations. I know, it won't happen, but dreams are all we Jets fans have.

Maybe he'll be an owner of an LA team. I know Arnold wanted to put 2 teams in LA.
