I will never understand this perspective.

Good coaches turn bad teams around very quickly every year. Rebuilds are not supposed to take 3 years.

Glenn should get 1, maybe 2 years, and if we're not a hell of a lot better by the end of year 2 he should be gone.

I’m a lot about how it all looks so I try not to put a timeline on it. But as of now, it looks horrendous. Our better players are all underperforming for the most part (Q, Sauce, Breece, Sherwood, Cisco, Will McDonald, etc.).

There aren’t any “lower” tier players that are being elevated beyond their expected performance. The only three players I think that are playing any semblance of good football right now are the two tackles and Garrett Wilson and the two tackles looked a bit shaky for the first time last week.

On top of that, the effort is utter garbage. A lot was made of Chris Jones’s shitty effort on the final Lawrence touchdown last night. Analysts could have a field day with Jets defenders doing the same thing all year but specifically against the Cowboys.

We also have a chronic fumbling which I’ve never seen hit a NFL team before. I’ve seen specific players have the problem, not what seems like an entire fucking team.

So yeah. Bad roster and all but if the good players played up to their potential, we wouldn’t be so bad and that’s on coaching IMO.

Its bad coaching when by week 5 the players have already quit on the season.
