Yeah... it does seem that they have almost a clickbait kind of style. "Five players the Jets MUST draft!" And then you have to click 5 times and see 5 sets of ads so that they get 5 times the income from 1 poorly conceived article. They occasionally have some good articles, but most of it is garbage and it's rarely worth sifting through all the junk.
I think the thing that will put B/R over the top is the app they created, that truncates a very broad spectrum of sporting news sources including beat writer tweets without actually having to subscribe to Twitter or follow anyone. I recommend it to everyone I know and get profuse thanks I return every single time. And I do really have disdain for the B/R website. It's a better sports news app than anything out there and you don't even have to read a single B/R blog post. That was a brilliant move for them and it will go a very long way toward making them a legit news source.
