From what I've read Haley can be a bit of a dick sometimes. And maybe he acted like a dick a little bit today, and Tannenbaum and Rex were like, "What a dick." Nurture? He's got 3 seasons under his belt. This guy has seen the ups and downs. I think a new system with lots of play action will be good for him even if Haley don't join.

If he goes to St. Louis because they offer him the O. Coordinator position and he would only be a receivers coach / passing game coordinator here, that would suck.
