i agree with your feelings about rex's modesty, because he comes from a lineage of an elite NFL pedigree, but first foremost. I feel that most people have it wrong.

WE MUST STAY WITH THE 3-4. So Spag, is not an option. If we could somehow, fire Sutton. Who is an atrocious defensive mind. And bring in another talented, aggressive, no holds barred defensive coordinator. Our defense would become lauded as the Ravens 2.0

I do like Ron Rivera, but I feel that the Jets need a person who is going to bring a change in that locker room. And I feel that it will become a strong defensive unit under Rex Ryan versus Ron Rivera.

I've seen a man in Baltimore act like that.

Ok, you have a point. But those coaches are really a dieing breed. Belichick, Dungy, Fisher, Reid, Tomlin all are extremely successful and not very "fiery" guys.

Most coaching is done when the cameras are not on the coaches, such as in locker rooms, meetings and the practice field. Also, as a head coach, you have so much responsibility that getting all pumped up can cloud your ability to think critically. Most head coaches leave the yelling for assistants. Let the players hate them.
