Especially the way the Refs seem to call games in which Baltimore is a participant.

Week one against us, and last night against Pitt were both atrocious.

    Spot on.....

I think we're a draft away from being there on D.

It appears that we've been building Skill position players the last couple drafts, presumably because they take 3 years to develop.

This season we should be drafting speedy monsters for the front 7.

I still think we have a long way to go before we talk Super Bowl. The Colts are still dangerous and can win their division. The Pats are playing excellent football right now. Both the Steelers and Ravens are built to play in December and January and going to KC in the playoffs would be difficult.

"We know we're better than you, we don't give a fuck if you know it or not. We don't give a shit if you give us your best game, we're gonna give you our best game and we're gonna beat the fuck outta ya."

    It doesn't matter.

both those teams certainly have a better pass rush, but they also have weak secondaries outside of their respective top line safety.

their secondaries both get picked on a regular basis and that's how those teams have been beaten.

williams gay and ladarius webb have been torched countless times.

You spread those teams out and they have major problems.

our weaknesses defensively are harder to attack, so overall we're the more well rounded defense.

This sounds like the exact same topic chargers fans were posting last year. Look how that turned out. Anything is possible.

Although I agree if this team plays to its full potential, our run to the Super Bowl is coming soon.

I really thought the Steelers were heading the wrong direction but they looked more like the early season Steelers last night to me.

I'd say any playoff team is a "threat". We've played a lot of close games against teams that won't be in the playoffs, so obviously the better teams are a threat.

That Ravens defense was landing knockout punches last night. See that blood coming from Bens nose? Not a good thing. And then the Steelers have Polamalu, he's like all over the place.

Ravens and Steelers are big threats, because they're so much like us.

On one hand, I did watch games yesterday noting in particular how some of the AFC playoff contenders were doing. Colts seem lost. SD was doing great the last few weeks and just got flat out beaten. And the Ravens and Steelers both look tough but flawed.

But... the focus today imo should be on tonight, not looking any further down the road.

The Colts have no offensive line.

Balt/Pitt/NYJ/NE would grind them into the dirt, in any possible playoff scenario, because Indy will be out of that dome.

KC is the one that would worry me.

We should have beaten Baltimore. They blow, and we'd beat them by 10 if we replay that game.

Pittsburgh....I'm waiting to see if the offensive coaching staff will go the NE route and just play a short quick passing game to exploit their aggressiveness...
we have the horses...do we have the drivers....?

Let's face it...overall, we're more talented at almost every position except in the front 7...and we're not bad there.

Yea - the guy punched ben in the nose. That's a fine. The hit on Miller will be a fine too. That was absolutely brutal, I thought the dude broke his neck.

Miller's body's reactions to that hit were chilling.

When someone tenses up like that after a hit, its never good. I haven't seen an opponent frantically beckon the trainers over to a player like that in a long time.

i'm still more worried about the ravens then the steelers, I think we match our better against the steelers, we also have the Santiono factor who is likley to play well against his old team

Tell me the officiating in that game, did not look like the officiating in week one.

Look at the team we were last year before and during the play-offs. Nobody thought highly of us coming into the play-offs but we got to the AFC championship!

If we don't win the division we could play the colts in the dome. We haven't played great despite the wins. I won't say we were lucky but if we were playing the Pats instead of the Browns we would have lost that game as an example. We have a long way to go and we haven't played like the.AFCs best team.

if the Colts don't get healthy and Manning doesn't stop throwing INTs....The Colts might be a moot point in the playoff race.

The Colts are fading. Losing guys like Clark, Gonzalez, Collie, Sanders, Addai, etc. is finally catching up with them. Guys like Blair White are just not getting it done. Eventually the well runs dry. They cannot run the ball, and were run over by the Cowboys running game. As long as 18 is still there they always have a chance, but time is running out. Their best days are behind them.
