Jets just got Brett favre- You want to take that same bet that they get to 12-4. Of course you won't because that is a dumb bet. Nobody going to make a straight bet on that. (anything can go wrong) Only way someone takes that bet is if The payout 100 times what I am putting up. (the risk is much greater)
:rofl::rofl: Dilusional much? No offense Jeaux, but your predictions are more off target then a blind man throwing at a dart board. I thought it was particularly cute when you said your pathetic Raiders were going to beat the Patriots this season. That sums up your stupidity right there.... Hey Jeaux, where did you go when I put the bet on the table for you? I thought you were so sure the raiders were going 12-4 that you were willing to put your money where you mouth is..... http://forums.theganggreen.com/showpost.php?p=877960&postcount=40 its so obvious your a gutless shit.
wow... this was already discussed in the TT forum jeaux. thats all you got huh, "the jets won't go 12-4" NO SHIT. NOBODY SAID THEY WERE!!!! the bet was that the raiders won't go 12-4, which is something you predicted yourself! put your money where your mouth is or i say you're a damn coward!
I gotta admit, that the TD-Pass from Russel to Miller was as good a play, as i?ve seen any QB make. Escaping the Sack, still looking downfield and putting a bullett in a very small window while throwing against his Body.
These threads are First Class. So this guy woke up one day and said "I'm going to spend days trolling on another team's board for absolutley no reason at all" I love it
Jeaux...i don't think you could possibly spin this one in the Raiders favor...but I'd like to see you try. __________________________________________________________ KIFFIN QUESTIONS AL DAVIS’ METHODS Posted by Tom Mantzouranis on August 18, 2008, 3:02 p.m. The relationship between coach Lane Kiffin and Al Davis, like most things regarding the Raiders in the last decade, has been awkward and dysfunctional. That’s not exactly a secret. Most coaches tend to err on the side of secrecy, but Kiffin has been surprisingly transparent this offseason — when getting fired isn’t such a bad thing anymore, you’re more likely to throw caution to the wind, potentially going the Kevin-Spacey-in-American-Beauty route. He’s at it again, lamenting the shackles Davis has put on him with regards to personnel moves. “There’s not very much competition on this field,” Kiffin told the Contra Costa Times. “Some guys have been released at other places, and people are picking them up. You’d like to pick up some of those guys and bring them in, because they’ve been in other camps, and push some of our guys. Unfortunately, there are some guys right now on our roster that are borderline guys that, as of today, would make it just because we don’t have anybody else.” “You’ve got to be willing to release people,” he continued. “When guys are in the training room, they’re not out here practicing; you’ve got to be willing to release them and live with it, and pick other people up for more competition.” Kiffin isn’t the first coach that Davis has hamstrung, but Kiffin might be the first to go public with his dissatisfaction while still under Davis’ employ, probably realizing that winning in this situation will only come with a pink slip.
Sounds like big Al has the same thought pattern as jeaux (scary thought). He rates Raider TC fodder on the same ground as the starters, and every other player from every other team is surrounded by question marks. This line of reasoning sounds eerily familiar. I think I may have heard this before.
I Like Kiffin as a coach but the guy needs to shut up and coach the player the GM gets him. Alot of Head coaches with more impressive credentials than Lane kiffin, don't have any more say in the personel. Stop trying to make excuses as AL Davis spent alot of money this offseason. Its time to win Now Mr Kiffin. Here is excerpt of Lane Kiffin contradicting himself. Speaking of the roster, the development of LB Ricky Brown is a credit to his hardwork and the coaching staff. "When we first got Ricky on the field, I went back into our meetings with our coaches and I couldn't even understand why the guy was here, watching him," Kiffin said. "But he's completely different." Brown has the strongside linebacker job locked up provided he doesn't have a major setback on the field. Brown was Kirk Morrison's backup last year. "Once you play (middle linebacker) you're calling the defense, " Brown said Friday night. "You really understand how the defense works ... (now) it's about recognizing the formation and doing my job." NOw Lane Kiffin what would have happen if AL Davis let you make a rash judgement and just release Ricky Brown. Some Other team would now be benefiting from Raiders mistake. The Godfather OF professional football AL Davis probably forgot more footbasll than every Fo knows.
Truer words may never have been spoken on this or any other footbasll messageboard. Bravo, my friend!
