I work in DC and this morning heard some chatter on this. I think the rumors here make some sense. The trade would be Abraham for G Derrick Dockery, a restricted free agent, and next year's second round pick. Dockery is young, and up-and-coming. We could shift Kendall to center (pick Ferguson and resolve the whole OL). The Redskins would not want to be out of the entire first day of this year's draft so next year's second makes sense. They wouldn't give Dockery and a first. What do you think?

Not enough. It would have to include this year's 2nd or next year's first....and even then, I am not so sure I would do it. I just don't think the skins have enough to bargain with. I would be shocked if any trade with the Redskins goes through.

Skins added Archuletta too. How the F#ck can they keep adding all these players? I thouhgt their cap was a mess? I don't get it. I know they overpay like crazy and eventually (hopefully) it will catch up, but it never seems to. Arhculetta and Taylor back there? Plus the offensive additions?

What about Abraham for Ramsey, Betts, and next year's first round pick?

Abe for Ramsey, next year's 1st, and this year's 2nd/3rd.

Redskins think Dockery is worth a 1st rounder, so him & next year's second rounder would be the deal that's being chattered about here. They love Betts here - no way he's part of it.

I also wonder like the rest of you how the Redskins seem to have money to sign everyone in sight every year. It never seems to catch up with them.

I don't like that... sub Dockery for Randy Thomas and we might have a deal.

I would take Derrick Dockery, a 4th rounder this year, and next years first rounder...sounds pretty good to me.

Both sides would probably be unhappy with this trade which is perfect. We would rather have a first this year...Redskins would rather have given us a second next year...

We should try to ship Abraham and Blaylock to Denver for both their first rounders!

What would happen if the Foreskins signed Abe to an offer sheet and we refused to match it? Normally we would be rewarded two first round picks. But seeing that they don't have a first rounder this year are they not allowed to sign him, or would we be rewarded their 2007 and 2008 first picks? Just curious on how this works...

What would an Abe to Washington trade look like?

I think Daily News or Newsday reported that the Skins have shown interest, the article is on the Official site. Anyways, if that happened we would obviously get Ramse in the deal but what else? We couldn't get Ramsey and their first rounder, but I am thinking maybe Ramsey and the second round pick and some half-ass player at another position for Abe would be a good deal. Any thoughts?

Id actually like to trade to Denver, Abe for Tatum Bell and a pick. Dont know why, but Denvers supposedly been looking to trade him, and he would fill our hole at RB. If it with the Skins, Id go Abe for this years 2nd and next years first. Remember there was a rumor some time ago about Abe for a 2nd and 3rd this year, and a 1st next year, so I dont think its inconcievable
