Steve Corkran, of the Contra Costa Times, reports Oakland Raiders senior personnel executive Michael Lombardi and QB Kerry Collins' agent, David Dunn, reports that Collins had been released and said Collins remains signed through the 2009 season. Collins stands to make $6 million in base salary this season, in addition to a $2.5 million roster bonus.
