I just had this conversation with my dad. This is whats wrong with our team and there is a culture in place that is not conducive to success.

 

There isn't a culture problem. There is however, a huge QB problem.
it's sad when McElroy gives you the best chance to win, but i think he does. he should be dressed, and in at this point.

Ryan: we were going to dress McElroy, but he broke two ribs in practice. We don't know on what play this happened, which ribs are broken, but McElroy is in such insufferable pain (in my ass... Because compared to Mark Sanchez this guy looks like Johnny "frickin'" Unitas) that we felt we had no choice but to not dress him.
