Btw I was against trading Ike Davis. He just hit a grand slam. And is 2 for 2.

I hope not, but am glad it isn't going to Ike Davis either.

Mets win for the 4th time in 5 games and find themselves 2 games over .500 for the first time in more than a year! Probably worth remembering the moment ...

3 of 4 vs a very good cards team as well. Only scored 9 runs in 4 games though.

Geezuz this bullpen can't stop a nosebleed. Mets up 2-1, switched to watch the end of the Nets, flipped back to see the replay of some Marlin hitting a 2 run homer off the foul pole.

Oh, my error. He gave up back-to-back solo shots.

Wow, Nets just won, flipped back to Mets and they tied it up down to their last strike. Nice.

And Granderson wins it with a ground single passed the first baseman. Nice comeback.

Gonna be interesting to see how TC handles the OF situation once Lagares returns. I wonder if he has the balls to put Grandy on the bench more often then not against a tough lefty.

EY is a game changer on the bases. Reminds me of Reyes how he can steal an early run. Too bad he cant play SS.

I would hope he sees a good amount of playing time going forward. We dont have anything close to a legit leadoff hitter when he isnt playing.

Too bad he can't OPS over .600 either. EY is bad.

Lagares, young and granderson, give them at bats and I bet they will be an awesome outfield. It's still cold out, hitters will catch up the pitchers soon as it gets warm.

    Bad?

He isnt great but he could be a starting OFer over 162 games and be productive. I think he filled in very nicely for Lagares and its good to know that if one of the 3 starters go down EY can fill it and wont kill us.

If he played every day(like he did last year) he would more than likely finish the season as the worst offensive outfielder in the NL. Maybe 2nd worst if BJ Upton is allowed to continue playing.
