It could turn out to be motivational for Coles. Coles says himself that what drives him is to just do his job. If his job becomes elevated by a strong leadership position, then perhaps he'll be that much more driven to go out there and lead the team, rather than just be a contributor. His leadership style is leading by example, so you may see him making many more examples out of opposing defenses then even he is used to.
That sounds nice, but I don't really see that happening. I mean it's not like he's been holding back. Here's to another solid year from Coles. :beer:
