Goes without saying that last night was the game of the year for the Blueshirts so far. They had to weather the storm in the 2nd period, but I expected the Hawks to come out strong after being dominated in the first. Can't say much more about Hank in the third. I think the second goal he gave up was a result of him cheating pass towards the middle with Kane bearing down. Bad goal, but I'd expect that was the reason for him giving up room on the short side more than him taking that bad of an angle. Nice win before starting their stand again. Taking a look at the schedule, there's only one night these guys are going to have to spend not in their own beds for the next calendar month.
what to make of this weird season. I think i'd rather have the boys on the road right now. Hank must return, and last night should be a nice propelling point, we can only hope.
Pretty cool that he's showing Yankee Stadium some love. It's nitpicky, but a little too much red going on with the helmet if you ask me. Call it a pet peeve of mine, but I hate when Rangers gear/apparel is primarily red. Reminds me of how the Giants tried to incorporate red with their uniforms a couple years back.

What's interesting about that is when new teams or old teams come up with a new logo that has a person or animal, they always try to make the face angry or mean looking. But the blackhawk on the Chicago logo is smiling and most people agree it's one of the best branded logos
Greatest sports logo ever created in my opinion. When they had the black third jerseys a few years back I thought those were my favorite but I guess I reverted back to more traditional ways.
