That was my idea all along. Listen, I talked to a poster from up top last night about trying to keep both threads. He said he agreed, but couldnt emphasize that in the thread. He said because it would show favorites, which I hear Devil has complained about in the past. (alot) Funny he's calling me a crybaby, for simply starting a thread. So instead, we waited for the one of our 2 resident Sox fans to come in for the kill. We both knew it was coming. I never wanted anything to get merged, even after Mantana did his thing last night (which Im sure half of you didnt even see) I wanted my own thread and for Devil to have his own. He doesnt see that, but I could care less. This whole thread reeks of bitter rival. What a great start to the series!
Im standing minutes from Fenway...hasnt rained in hours and reports say the rain should holf of until around 10pm...even then theres only a 30% chance of rain...so its looks pretty good for an uninterrupted game. I will be sitting behind the plate about 30 rows up or so....I am definitely in enemy territory and see a lot of red-headed fat chicks with sawx sweaters n...really an ugly scene....BOSTON SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!1

And by the way....the boston subway makes NY look like a fleet of Japanese bullet trains....and this Fenway place needs to be imploded but the mold would probably cover the city for years to come.
Just a couple quick things. 1. As far as I know, I've never complained about moderation issues, much less playing favorites. The only thing I've ever complained about is a particular mod making overtly racist statements and getting away with it just because they were a mod, but that isn't really what you are talking about. The whole "playing favorites" thing has never affected me in any way, whether it exists or not. 2. There shouldn't be two threads for one topic. It's against board rules. You did it twice, intentionally, which is extremely childish, then cried about mods abusing power for following board guidelines. So I asked for the real thread to be locked and this one to be allowed knowing that if it was merged again as the board rules say it should have been, you would just make yet ANOTHER duplicate.
Holy shit. It took me 4 freaking pages of scrolling to find ONE POST relevant to the game, and it was jonnyd talking about attending the game. Really, I don't care who starts the threads. I do think there's some karma, but like I said the last time this shit went down like this, fighting like this only leads to bad karma. Go Yanks.

The thread was already merged. He just reconfigured it and undermined another mod's decision, which I didnt agree with. Seems you just didnt want me to have a thread. Why should you care anyway? Why is this a big deal to you? Seems like you dont want to let it go, whatever. Thats your prerogative. Call me what you want, but fact is I started a thread to continue luck, not to be spiteful. Thats not childish. Lets move on....
finally made it to the game. I'll be in and out today, ( I have to paint my bedroom, ugh) but we should expect a classic Yankees/Red Sox game. So basically we should have our results in 6 hours or so...
