Walter Payton in the second round. That's a good deal.

Does anybody know if 1028 is usually here around this time on Sundays?

I am up after him and ready to pick, but I'd like to sign off soon.

In the meantime, I guess I'll list more good NFL nicknames.

I'm loving it. I personally think he's the 2nd best RB to Jim Brown and I thought that Elway was just a notch below Montana and Johnny U, so I'm loving my 1st 2 picks a lot :)

Well then maybe you can leave your top 2 with someone trustworthy.

    Those picks are good.
The Sayers-Payton argument is always a good one. I favor Sayers slightly. He was more explosive, although not the blocker that Payton was. Sayers was also the best kick returner of all time. (A touchdown he scored against Baltimore in 1968 is perhaps the greatest play I've ever seen. He had multiple defenders about to converge on him and he found a small hole, cut through it, and jetted to the end zone.)

I'll stay online to 1:30, maybe longer even.

I have to be at a restaurant at 3. Nothing to do before then, though.

If I have to, I'll PM Murrell.

    This is an easy one...

    1028 selects QB Dan Marino...

...the most prolific passer in the history of the NFL. Dan Marino and Barry Sanders would form the core of the most explosive offense the NFL has ever seen
