    Damn right I'm impatient. Sick and tired of 40 years and no SB and now this... an 8-3 season turned into a 9-7 season. Come on, you can't be serious!

    What disturbed you most about way team played? "Wasn't one thing, Mike and my judgment that we had to go in a differnt direction, nothing specific, call that we made hopefully it is correct."

    Re process of picking out a coach- "Everyone has different skillls, experiences, want to find someone who after an exhaustive interveiw process, can add to the team- all comes down to judgment."

    What bothers you about way he coached team? "Was very positive in many respects, but we could find a better fit looking at someone else. DOESN"T MEAN THAT ERIC WONT BE A GOOD COACH AT SOME POINT."

    Re Veteran coaches- will look at each individual and their talents, regardless of whether first year or seasoned coach.
