blake with a pop fly that falls in front of crisp, and lofton's steal proves important as he scores on the play
Wow and to think, if Varitek (I believe it was him, could have been Youkilis) hits that line drive in Game 2 a tiny bit softer, the Red Sox would have been up 2-0
I wouldn't mind seeing the Indians go up and and in on Manny next time he comes up to bat. He's been admiring every fly ball he's hit for the last 2 months.
Yeah. I believe Tim Raines was involved in that one, if I remember correctly. It was 10 years ago. Edit: Yup. It was Raines, Jeter, and O'Neill. Good times.
it was classless, but maybe the fact that it's Jacobs Field played a factor. Who knows if Manny even knows what stadium he's in, though.
I think the default justification by Red Sox fans is that it's "Manny being Manny". I wish I could chalk up everything strange I do to, "MisterMoss being MisterMoss" and have it be all OK at the end.
This has been a weird postseason. The series' have been short across the board, but there have been a ton of good games to make it interesting.
Was hoping they would make Manny hit the dirt, but getting him out is just fine. Bottom of the 8th now
