Anderson may already be gone depending on the length of whatever suspension he ultimately gets. He has had his trial postponed twice, I doubt he gets a third.

Going over 100 mph in a 45 mph zone and then threatening to track down and F the arresting officer's wife and come in her face, wow. What is this nutting in the eye? Amendment: I think the felony charges were dropped simply because the police officer wasn't vindictive but wanted all of the other misdemeanor charges to stick. No, the charges haven't been dropped, only the felony. He might still potentially get big time slammed for trying to speed away from the police when they tried to pull him over for speeding. Unless the judge pulls a Sheldon Richardson don' worry 'bout it, he is still in a big trouble. A high speed police chase is nothing to scoff at. Anderson probably didn't pull over right away because he couldn't read the speed limit signs.
