    Personally, I'm against it and would never want a woman I was with to have one.

    That being said, I don't feel it's my place to tell strangers they can't do something that doesn't affect me in any way. It's a personal decision and I don't think that I (or the government) has the right to decide for someone else.

    Also, making it illegal won't stop it, it will just make it more dangerous. No reason to force the poor to use a hanger in an alley because they can't afford to fly somewhere for a doctor to do it.
