Which doesn't in any way contradict what I said. The Jets have a better record than each of their opponents, so they win all three. Dallas has the same record as Pittsburgh but is at home, so they beat them. Next week Cincinnati has a better record than Pittsburgh, so they beat them. They have a worse record than Baltimore the following week, so they lose to them. If that happens the Jets are in the playoffs. So, like I said, if the teams with better records just win their games, the Jets are in the playoffs. Interestingly enough, if that happens the Giants also end up not making the playoffs. It would be pretty funny hearing the local media deal with the Jets being in and the Giants being out after the way they've ridiculed the Jets all season.
Hopefully you guys have a chance at the playoffs come week 17. Then we an eliminate you, I'll consider that our superbowl!!
Wasn't your Super Bowl in September against us? The new Bills D line, Fitz the Hahvad QB ready to tear up our defense, the Jets going to the cellar of the aC East and the Bills taking over that #2 spot? But at least you guys have a SB this year, the Jets don't seem to have one
Francesa says even if the Jets run the table, they're +1000 (10/1 odds) to make the playoffs. I'd love to take him up on those odds.
Just another example of how people don't understand odds. Texans up 10-0 on Indy, good news for the Jets.
the ref and announcers in the denver/baltimore game are blind Guy steps out of bounds and then sticks the ball out and hits the pylon and they are saying TD (ruled TD on field and announcers say "yep, that's a TD")
Officiating in the Colts/Texans game has been ridiculously one sided in favor of Colts. Edit - wow Texans get the fumble on the 1. -- Even the refs aren't going to stop Houston.
Adrian Peterson is so explosive out of the backfield. Watching him take the handoff and hit the line is like nothing the Jets have.
fuck the lions, for losing to indy, the jets would just about control their own fate cuz indy isnt beating houston
